Expired: Review Assistant – eDiscovery

Millnet is regularly engaged on highly complex legal and regulatory matters both in the UK and internationally.   In order to continue to deliver a true end to end service, from forensic collection through to production and trial support, Millnet’s London Office is recruiting to grow its Document Review team.

The Review Assistant will assist the Review Manager to coordinate and deliver on all aspects of a document review project from team selection through to quality control, and will be responsible for all administration associated with these projects.

Key Responsibilities


  • To serve as the secondary point of contact for Millnet’s clients during document review projects.
  • To ensure repeat business is won from Millnet’s review clients by delivering an outstanding service.
  • Ability to work on more than one project at a time.

Project Setup

  • Manage Millnet’s database of review candidates and respond to all general candidate queries.
  • Assist the Review Manager in placing advertisements for new projects and triaging the responses.
  • Correspond with reviewers to confirm placement on projects and ensure necessary paperwork is completed prior to a review project starting.

Review Management

  • Assist the Review Manager to manage all facets of the document review project, with a view to gaining the necessary skills and knowledge to move into a Review Manager position in the future.
  • The Review Assistant will be responsible for all timekeeping associated with review projects.

Essential Experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience working with Relativity would be an advantage
  • This role would suit someone with some legal training who is looking to build a career in eDiscovery
