March 2017 Industry News Round-Up

March 2017 has concluded with a strong signal from The Sedona Conference, which just released the Public Comment Version of a new edition of its flagship guidance document: The Sedona Principles, Third Edition: Best Practices, Recommendations & Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production. This new edition attempts to address the many changes in technology and rules since the last edition in 2007. Major areas of revision include preservation, proportionality, and forms of production.
